Shipping Carriers
We utilize a variety of reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
At Lxtraining, all orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing takes place on business days – Monday through Friday – and follows Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Please note that order processing is paused on U.S. federal holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (4th of July)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed during holidays or after business hours will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with order details once processing begins.
Processing Time
Our goal is to process and ship the majority of orders within one business day after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to track your delivery’s progress.

- Most orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground, unless you select a different shipping option during checkout.
- At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or any international destinations.
- Additionally, we regret that we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Our shipping services are limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
