  • Delivery only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, or international locations.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: 120 days from the date of receipt.

• Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• How to Return:

  • Email support@lxtraining.com with:

    • Order number and full name

    • Proof of purchase (screenshot)

    • Reason for return

    • Photo/video evidence for damaged or defective products

• Damaged/Wrong Items:

  • Exchanges are supported for damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size items only.

  • Return shipping is free for defective items.

• Refunds:

  • Processed within 14 days after return confirmation.

  • Funds will be refunded to the original payment method (may take 3–5 more business days depending on your bank).

• Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.
