At Lxtraining, we understand that plans can change. Whether you need to cancel an order or adjust your shipping details, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our guidelines below.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund or make changes to it (e.g., size, color, different item) within 12 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@lxtraining.com. Include your order number and a clear request for cancellation. If your request is submitted within the 12-hour window and your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 14 days. Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed or printed, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

Updating a Shipping Address

If your order has entered production but has not yet been shipped, you may still be able to change the shipping address.

To update your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@lxtraining.com. We will do our best to process the change before your order leaves our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any further changes.

Product Exchanges

We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size.

If you need to exchange an item for any of these reasons, please contact us directly at support@lxtraining.com.
