At Lxtraining, we understand that plans can change. While we strive to begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, we do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations within a limited window.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • Requests made after 6 hours may not be guaranteed, as production or fulfillment may already be in progress.
  • If your order includes custom-made or personalized items, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has begun.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive the item, according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Important Notes

  • Lxtraining reserves the right to reject cancellation or change requests made outside the allowed time frame.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to your original method of payment, usually within 7 days after confirmation.
